Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Production Assistant to join our team. As a Production Assistant, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our production processes. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development within the scheduling and planning department as well.

Duties:
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Proofread documents and materials for accuracy and clarity
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and organizing paperwork
- Support the production team on a need basis

-Finalizing, scanning and completing work orders

-working with excel regularly for production

Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using EXCEL
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry and proofreading
- Previous experience in a medical office or similar environment is preferred
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Prior administrative or customer service experience is a plus
