Job Summary: As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting HR activities and ensuring the efficient management of daily operations within the organization. This role involves assisting in recruitment and hiring processes, maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents, and handling employee inquiries. Additionally, you will coordinate HR projects such as employee engagement initiatives and training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.

  • Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including preparing employment contracts and conducting orientation sessions.

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases (e.g., personnel files, leave records).

  • Process employee changes such as promotions, transfers, and terminations.

  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.

  • Assist in resolving employee issues and grievances in a timely manner.

  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and keep abreast of changes in employment laws.

  • Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and HR policies.

  • Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees.

  • Monitor employee training records and evaluate training effectiveness.

  • Support HR initiatives and projects such as performance management and employee engagement surveys.

  • Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as an HR Coordinator or relevant HR/Administrative position.
  • Knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
