KeyStaff Professionals is seeking a Digital Asset Technician for our client of ours in the Plymouth area. This is a contract role that is on-going that could have the potential to be hired down the road. This is an 8am-5pm position, M-F with a great culture and training provided

Job Summary:

  • Product Scanning
  • Conduct physical scanning of new products, particularly Tile and LVT flooring
  • Utilize designated equipment and processes for scanning
  • Image Capture and Data Collection
  • Make sure high-quality image capture during scanning sessions
  • Collect accurate data associated with the scanned images
  • Digital File Management
  • Organize and manage digital files according to established naming conventions and file structures within AEM (Adobe Experience Manager)
  • Upload scanned images and product data into AEM, ensuring accuracy and completeness of metadata and product information
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary product details and specifications for accurate documentation
  • Work with the Photographer to maintain a consistent pipeline of incoming new products, including scanning, detailed image photography, and uploading
  • Pipeline Management
  • Track the product pipeline, ensuring a 60-day timeline from warehouse arrival to online posting
  • Product Records Maintenance
  • Maintain and update product records in AEM as new products are introduced or existing products are updated
  • Perform regular quality checks to ensure the integrity and consistency of product data within AEM

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift 30lb or heavier products
  • Willingness to obtain certification to drive a forklift for moving pallets of products from the warehouse to the studio
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organized
  • Technically proficient
