Qualifications

● BSME degree from an ABET-accredited college

● PE License in at least one state in the USA

● 5+ years of experience in a MEP Mechanical Engineering role

● An innovative collaborative spirit

● Both CAD and REVIT experience is required

● Thorough understanding of and experience with

  • HVAC systems and equipment
  • HVAC design load software (HAP or Trace)
  • Mechanical and Building Codes
  • Mechanical equipment selections
  • Design of air distribution

● Experience and enjoyment of managing small projects is a must.

● Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others as a team is critical.

● Be able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines concurrently.

● A willingness to walk around in construction sites with safety training and equipment is required.
