Responsibilities
- Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation activities, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
- Maintain accurate HR records and personnel files, ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.
- Coordinate employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
- Assist with performance management activities, including performance reviews and career development plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in human resources, preferably in a specialist role
- Strong knowledge and understanding of HR practices, policies, and employment laws
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality
- Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of QuickBooks
