Responsibilities

  • Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation activities, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and personnel files, ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.
  • Coordinate employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
  • Assist with performance management activities, including performance reviews and career development plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in human resources, preferably in a specialist role
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of HR practices, policies, and employment laws
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office Suite
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks
