Job Description:
Fresh Air Concepts is seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial electrical work and hold a valid State of Maryland journeyman license. Must be able to pass the background check.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial buildings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
- Perform electrical inspections and troubleshoot issues to determine the cause and solution
- Install and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment
- Adhere to electrical codes and safety standards at all times
- Collaborate with contractors, architects, and other team members as needed
- Complete work orders and maintain accurate records of electrical work performed
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial Electrician
- State of Maryland journeyman license (must be current and in good standing)
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical diagrams
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and a focus on quality workmanship
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in various environments and conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
