We are an 19-year-old, local business seeking a Building Operator to help grow our team As a Building Operator, you will provide maintenance service to commercial buildings all over the Denver Metro area to ensure buildings are operational, comfortable, and secure.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with building owners and property manages to assess and deliver personalized services
  • Provide preventative maintenance to improve efficiency and land minimize operational costs
  • Provide excellent communication and build trust by recommending cost avoidant options
  • Update and improve properties to increase return on investment
  • Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
  • Coordinate and track all daily maintenance tasks and projects
  • Enforce property and associations' rules and regulations

Qualifications:

  • 2 or more years' experience with BAS control preferred
  • EAP certification preferred
  • Other certifications welcome
  • Previous experience with commercial building maintenance preferred
  • Familiarity with contracts preferred
  • Ability to build rapport with tenants
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
