Job DescriptionJob Description

AristaCare Health Services is seeking ​an Accounts Payable Associate to join the team The AP will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company. 

Responsibilities:

  • Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
  • Compute and record numerical data 
  • Check the accuracy of business transactions
  • Perform data entry and administrative duties 

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience with accounts payable, accounting, finance
  • Must be familiar with accounting software, knowledge of Sage a plus
  • Experience working for a long term care or other health-related facilities a plus
  • Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
