Responsibilities:
As a Personal Injury Attorney at Sasooness Law Group, you will have multiple responsibilities when it comes to motion practice, taking and defending depositions, propounding and responding to written discovery, court appearances, and trial work.

  • Offering legal support and guidance
  • Meeting with clients to discuss their cases in detail
  • Communicating with clients to understand their concerns and provide essential advice
  • Developing strategies to resolve clients’ cases favorably and cost-effectively
  • Informing clients about legal options and potential outcomes
  • Keeping updated on current legislation
  • Building trustful relationships with clients
  • Preparing legal documents
  • Supervising the Pre-Lit team
  • Achieving firm-set goals
  • Managing all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motions, and trial prep
  • Developing and implementing case strategies to achieve optimal results
  • Arguing various motions in court, such as motions to strike, motions to compel initial responses, motions to compel further responses, and other related motions
  • Coordinating and supervising paralegals and other team members to ensure efficient and effective case management
  • Negotiating with insurance companies to ensure their clients receive fair compensation and protect their rights

​​Qualifications:

  • Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
  • 2-5 years of legal experience or expertise in California Personal Injury law
  • Commitment to ethical behavior and adherence to laws
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Strong critical thinking abilities
  • Excellent public speaking skills
  • Adaptability and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently on cases
  • Capability to collaborate with a team of attorneys to develop case strategies
