Responsibilities:
As a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney at Sasooness Law Group, you will have multiple responsibilities when it comes to motion practice, taking and defending depositions, propounding and responding to written discovery, court appearances, and trial work.

  • Managing all aspects of litigation including pleadings, discovery, and motions
  • Representing clients in court proceedings, including trials and hearings
  • Developing and executing legal strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients
  • Conducting thorough legal research to support cases
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and contracts
  • Communicating with clients to provide updates, legal advice, and guidance throughout the legal process
  • Investigating claims, gathering evidence, and interviewing witnesses
  • Coordinating and supervising paralegals and other support staff to ensure efficient case management

​​Qualifications:

  • Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
  • 0-2 years of legal experience or expertise in California Personal Injury law
  • Commitment to ethical behavior and adherence to laws
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Strong critical thinking abilities
  • Excellent public speaking skills
  • Adaptability and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently on cases
  • Capability to collaborate with a team of attorneys to develop case strategies

  • Excellent judgment and the ability to draw logical and reasonable conclusions from available information
  • Strong analytical skills to convert large amounts of information into usable data for cases
  • Quick and effective research skills for preparing quality legal strategies and conducting in-depth case research
  • Strong communication skills for articulating information effectively in both spoken and written forms
  • Solid listening skills to gather all necessary information from clients and other relevant parties
