Property Manager with Sales Experience

Property Management Leader with experience in sales, leasing, and resident relations. Must be able to manage day to day operations of the community including rent collections and managing delinquency. Must increase occupancy through home sales and home leasing. Maintain the appearance of the community to a very high standard of cleanliness. Must be able to manage projects to improve the community in a timely manner. Manage third party vendors. Most importantly, must have strong customer service and resident relations. Will plan community events for resident retention. Will be required to understand budgets and forecasting. Must have excellent computer skills, and communication skills both written and verbal. This job will require you to work 3 to 4 days per week.
