Job Overview:
**Duties**:
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable invoicing and cash receipts/disbursements
- Perform monthly bank account reconciliations and customer/vendor statements
- Customer credit card processing
- Process weekly payroll
- Process quarterly payroll filings
- Year End processing of payroll taxes, W-2 and 1099 Forms
- Year End processing of 401k with Pension Consultants
- Monthly Sales/Use Tax filings for CT and MA
- Monthly Sales Tax payment for NJ and quarterly filing
- File Annual Workers Compensation Audit
- File SAM government registration renewal annually
- File CT SBE Smal Business Diversity every 2 years
- Manage Medical, Dental, LTD benefits online
- Manage Health Reimbursement to Employees, following proper guidelines
- Notary Public - Notarize Lien Waiver or anything pertaining to company business
- Answering telephone calls
- Maintain order tracking files for employees working from home
**Skills**:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks software and MS Excel
- Strong understanding of debits and credits
- Knowledge of payroll procedures
- Experience with account analysis and reconciliation
- Familiarity with various accounting areas such as corporate and governmental accounting
Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
