Job description:

We are actively searching for a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our thriving team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a field sales job description that includes door-to-door canvassing, where they will actively engage with potential customers, effectively present our products or services, and secure sales by personally visiting their homes or workplaces. To excel in this role, one must possess exceptional communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to adapt to diverse customer preferences while adhering to company guidelines and targets.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions from our product range.
  • Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels such as door-to-door canvassing, cold calling, and online marketing.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our offerings.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and performance metrics.
  • Continuously stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets by closing deals and expanding the client base.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the residential sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage with customers effectively.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
