Job DescriptionJob DescriptionOur plastic surgery office is looking for an experienced, out-going, committed, reliable, enthusiastic, friendly, efficient individual to join our growing team This position is strictly offered as an in-person, in-office role. This is a crucial position in our office as this person will be the assistant to our physicians and manage front desk operations. We need someone who is friendly, resourceful, quick learning, and a multi-tasker. Applicant should have excellent telephone skills, be bright, willing to take on responsibility, creative, self-motivated, hard-working and willing to learn new things. Your daily tasks will include but not limited to managing the daily operations of the front desk, greeting patients, answering phones, bookkeeping, faxes, emails, scheduling appointments, confirming appointments, reaching out to leads (potential new patients), responding to patient communication through our EMR system, managing the daily schedule, checking out patients and handling payments. This position reports directly to the Practice Director. The 8-hour workday includes the hours from 8:30AM to 5:00PM, with a 30-minute lunch break. We offer an excellent benefits package including health and a 401K.

We are looking for a candidate that is warm and nurturing towards patients along with a willingness to go above and beyond for them.

We are looking for a strong salesperson with a cheerful/social personality and positive attitude.

Ability to commute/relocate:

Experience:

  • EMR systems: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Administrative Assistant: 1 year (Required)
  • Plastic Surgery or Med Spa: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Knowledge of social media management and Canva graphic design is a plus
Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
