Job Summary:

I am seeking an organized and motivated individual for as an Entry-Level Personal and Real Estate Assistant. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, be comfortable working with technology, and have a strong interest in the real estate industry. As a Personal and Real Estate Agent Assistant, you will work one-on-one with me on a daily basis, providing administrative support and assistance in managing client relationships and real estate transactions.

Responsibilities:

-        Provide administrative support, including managing team and transactional schedules, answering phones, and responding to emails

-        Handle personal tasks, such as running errands, managing appointments, and making travel arrangements

-        Assist in managing client relationships and coordinating time-sensitive duties with buyers, sellers, and other parties involved in real estate transactions

-        Conduct market research and draft property value reports

-        Schedule property showings and assist with open houses and other marketing events

-        Input and update listings on the MLS

-        Create social media posts, design post cards, and client touch pieces

-        Assist in the preparation of property marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, social media posts, and post cards

-        During the first three months of training, you agree to:

1)     Take classes on CTM and FlexMLS to fully understand each system as it relates to listings, deals, and contracts.

2)     Learn Canva & Marq for social media marketing and marketing maintenance.

3)     Learn Cloze to help manage my contact database.

4)     Meet my past assistant to learn how I manage my business. 

Qualifications:

-        High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred

-        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

-        Highly organized and detail-oriented

-        Comfortable working with technology and able to learn new software quickly

-        Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

-        Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with others

-        Real estate license preferred but not required
