You will play a key role in creating lasting positive memories. You will be responsible for attending to the needs of our guests during their stay and offering our unconditional satisfaction guarantee. We are willing to train the right person the IHG Preventative Maintenance program

Responsible for hotel maintenance with plumbing, familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment.

Complete daily work assignments in a timely fashion.

Ability to work independently, however, professionally interact with co-workers, guests, and vendors.

Frequent bending, stooping, lifting of 50 lbs, snow removal, mowing and weed trimming.

Tasks also include painting, heating and air conditioning, maintain records and good upkeep of the pool and spa.

Other duties include but not limited to; changing of air filters, performing preventative maintenance on guest rooms required by IHG Brand Standards, floor repair, electrical repair, painting, working on washers and dryers.

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays to meet business needs.
