About the Role

We're looking for a skilled Marketing Data Scientist to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in applying advanced analytics to our marketing and sales funnels, driving growth and efficiency through data-driven insights. You'll work closely with our marketing, sales, and product teams to implement measurement tools, design and run A/B tests, and develop predictive models that inform our marketing strategies. This position offers a unique opportunity to apply your data science expertise in a dynamic startup environment at the forefront of AI technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement predictive analytics models for our marketing and sales funnels.
  • Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests to optimize marketing campaigns and user experiences.
  • Create SQL queries and custom analysis for production sales and website tracking data.
  • Develop innovative approaches using LLMs/AI for customer analysis.
  • Develop data-driven recommendations to inform marketing strategy and budget allocation.
  • Stay current with the latest data science techniques and marketing analytics trends.
You Are
  • A data-driven problem solver with a passion for marketing analytics.
  • Familiar with SQL and direct database manipulation.
  • Experienced in designing and implementing A/B tests and experimentation frameworks.
  • Proficient in statistical analysis and machine learning techniques.
  • An excellent communicator, able to present technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree or Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience applying data science in a marketing context.
  • Strong programming skills in Python or R, and proficiency with SQL.
  • Experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and A/B testing platforms.
  • Proven track record of implementing predictive models in a business setting.
  • Familiarity with machine learning libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow).
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels and metrics.
  • Bonus: Experience in the B2B SaaS or cloud computing industry.
