OneIMS Group is seeking an experienced HubSpot Sales and Marketing Architect to join our team. As a Client Facing HubSpot Sales and Marketing Architect, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HubSpot CRM and marketing automation strategies for our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, set up and configure HubSpot CRM and marketing automation, and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure successful implementation and utilization of HubSpot tools. This role requires a deep understanding of HubSpot tools and best practices, as well as strong client management and communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and objectives.
  • Design, configure, and implement HubSpot CRM and marketing automation solutions to meet clients' needs.
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns, lead nurturing workflows, and automated sales processes.
  • Provide training and support to clients for effective use of HubSpot tools.
  • Conduct regular performance analysis and optimizations to maximize ROI.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and recommend innovative strategies to clients for achieving their sales and marketing goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
  • Represent OneIMS Group as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong and trusted relationships.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in implementing and managing HubSpot CRM and marketing automation solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of HubSpot tools and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of inbound marketing concepts and strategies.
  • Excellent client management and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and generate insights.
  • Proficiency in HTML and CSS is a plus.
  • HubSpot certifications, such as HubSpot Marketing Software Certification and Sales Software Certification, are preferred.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
