What Will I Be Doing?
- Position is for either 1st shift, hours approximately 8:00am-5:00pm or 2nd shift, hours approximately 1:00pm-9:00pm.
- Provide direct care services in a group home setting and in the surrounding community.
- Supervise consumers and provide therapeutic activities during crisis or disruption.
- Offer behavioral redirection and training.
Am I A Good Fit?
- Strong background in behavior analysis.
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care.
- Ability to work independently.
- Cultural competence.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience working directly (one-on-one or in a small group setting) with at-risk children who have mental health/behavioral diagnoses, required.
- Child Mental Health Qualified Professional preferred.
- Access to reliable transportation adhering to all NC Division of Motor Vehicle laws (current vehicle registration, vehicle insurance, and driver’s license) required.
