We are seeking a motivated and experienced Leasing Consultant to join our team at The Trails at Mt. Moriah in TN. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting prospective tenants in finding and leasing residential properties. Your main duties will include conducting property tours, processing lease applications, and ensuring tenant satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct property tours for prospective tenants
- Provide information about available units, amenities, and leasing terms
- Process lease applications and conduct background checks
- Maintain accurate records of leasing activities
- Ensure timely and effective communication with prospective tenants
- Assist with move-in and move-out inspections
- Address tenant inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with property management team to ensure properties are well-maintained
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and competition

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in leasing or sales preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations
- Proficiency with property management software is a plus
