**Must have a valid driver’s license, three years of verifiable driving history, and a clean driving record**

Job Duties

  • Test water and add chemicals as needed
  • Empty skimmers and pump strainer
  • Vacuum the pool and remove debris from the floor
  • Brush steps, walls, and tiles
  • Skim debris off the surface
  • Check pool equipment
  • Backwash filters
  • Record work performed
  • Quickly and clearly communicate internally and with customers through email and messaging applications.
  • Maintain inventory of chemicals, parts, and supplies as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 6 months-1 year pool cleaning experience required
  • Able to pass a pre-employment background check
  • Valid Driver’s License, 3 years of verifiable driving history, and clean driving record
  • Dependability and trustworthiness
  • Attention to detail and customer service skills
  • Ability to take instruction and adapt to new methods/systems
  • Proper swimming pool service methods and techniques
  • Proper use of swimming pool chemicals
  • Ability to work independently and maintain a schedule and workload
  • Maintain positive and cooperative working relationships with co-workers
  • Lift and carry objects weighing up to 100 pounds
  • Stand for extended periods of time
  • Ability to work outdoors during all seasons

Compensation – This hourly position is paid weekly. You will be provided paid on the job training and all the tools to be successful.$18-22 hourly DOE while in training and then at 16 pools a day it's $1000/week and $12.50 extra for any pool over that. Once graduated to a solo route, pay will be salaried non-exempt.
