Enrollment Specialist

As an ES, you will be responsible for achieving exceptional client satisfaction and engagement in customizable solutions. The optimal applicant will have prior experience in sales, account management, and/or client service. This involves comprehending the client’s requirements, proposing customized solutions, and managing relationships. There is NO COLD CALLING. We are reaching out to prospects who have requested our consultation. Position Responsibilities:

  • Accurately document client information including, but not limited to address, billing information, account package, preferences etc.
  • To boost client retention, keep track of industry client service and sales trends.
  • Work with the sales support team to follow up with client needs.
  • Maintain a high level of client satisfaction by developing and delivering targeted product recommendations utilizing active listening abilities.
  • Respond quickly and effectively to client concerns.
  • Contribute to weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews of your own and your team’s development.
