Are you looking for a Director of Sales position with a company that actually values you?

This is a beautiful Assisted Living/Memory Care community near Northvale. There is a solid community leadership team in place, along with an incredible regional support team.

The company is a certified “Great Places to Work” organization, and they provide excellent benefits, including 401K, health insurance, dental, vision, and a strong PTO program.

As the Director of Sales, you will be rewarded generously for building relationships with potential residents and their families. You will be responsible for closing sales that result in new resident move-ins, along with leading the sales team. You and the team will execute successful events to build community referral engagement.

The ideal candidate can have senior living community-based sales leadership experience or other high-end sales experience.
