Job Title: Dietary Aide

We are seeking a Dietary Aide to join our team at Noel Manor Retirement Living. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by providing exceptional food service and support.

Responsibilities:
  • Take resident orders and serve food and beverages in the dining room
  • Set and clear tables
  • Wash dishes and use dishwasher safely
  • Wipe down all tables and chairs after each meal
  • Reset tables for the next meal
  • Sweep and mop the kitchen, serving areas, and dishwashing areas regularly and as assigned per cleaning logs
  • Follow safe serving and handling guidelines at all times
  • Responsible for taking temps and ensuring proper documentation (hot food/cold food/dishwasher/fridge/freezer/water temps/dry storage) – as assigned
  • Maintain food storage and rotation in compliance with all state/local regulations – as assigned
  • Maintain all culinary spaces, supplies, and food in an orderly and sanitary manner to meet all state/local regulation + food safety code
