Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records for multiple entities within the company
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting processes
- Prepare and file sales tax and payroll tax returns
- Assist with annual budget preparation and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies
- Participate in audits and help resolve any accounting discrepancies
- Support other accounting and finance projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members
