Responsibilities:

  • Analyze marketing data from various sources to identify trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and uncover customer insights.
  • Develop and maintain marketing models, including customer segmentation, lifetime value analysis, and attribution modeling.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure data-driven decision-making in campaign planning and execution.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on marketing performance, including key metrics, ROI analysis, and strategic recommendations.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experimental analyses to optimize marketing strategies and tactics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certification (e.g., Google Analytics, SQL) is a plus.
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing analysis, with a strong understanding of marketing metrics, analytics tools, and data-driven strategy.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, including Excel, SQL, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in building and interpreting marketing models.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to influence marketing strategy and execution.
  • Knowledge of current marketing trends, digital marketing strategies, and best practices in data analysis.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
