Salad and Go is seeking an IT Manager - Workday to lead and collaborate across the organization in order to effectively implement, integrate, and support Workday for Finance and HCM.

As the IT Manager - Workday, you will:

  • Provide oversight and technical guidance during planning, implementation and support across the Workday ecosystem of Finance and HCM
  • Prioritize and manage IT activities including tenant management and monitoring success of day to day operations
  • Effectively manage a diverse team of vendors and contractors to develop requirements, security, and integrations
  • Serve as the project manager to ensure projects (new modules, etc.) are completed on time / budget, and with superior quality
  • Evaluate solution architecture and provide recommendations
  • Build strong relationships with our business partners
  • Ensure requirements are identified and well defined
  • Continuously evaluate resourcing option (hire, contract, outsource)
  • Identify tools, processes and techniques to improve efficiency and quality
  • Provide accurate annual projections of licensing and resource costs

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must have 2+ years of leadership experience (Workday preferred)
  • 2-4 years of Workday HCM and Finance Systems experience
  • Experience developing and effectively managing budgets
  • Preferred experience in retail or QSR
