Executive Assistant to CEO, San Francisco, CA


Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize day-to-day operations and scheduling for CEO.
  • Support CEO as key liaison for coordination of communications with employees, investors, partners, and collaborators.
  • Assist in the preparation of internal and external presentations.
  • Keep executive well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
  • Build relationships crucial to the success of the company
  • Complete projects and special assignments by establishing objectives, determining priorities, managing time, gaining the cooperation of others, monitoring progress, problem-solving and making adjustments to plans.
  • Assist with PA tasks (dinners, events, travel, etc.)

Qualifications

  • BS/BA degree Preferred
  • Minimum of 4 years experience supporting a C-level executive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and resourceful team player with the ability to also be extremely effective independently.
  • Clear oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
  • A forward-looking thinker who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of client service and response.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve high-performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Brings energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude to the job.
