Summary
Processes and posts accounting for several different types of vehicle sales. Position requires individual to have knowledge of general operations of an automotive business office.

Pay Scale: Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $22.00 and $26.00.

Qualifications
Dealership experience a REQUIREMENT
CDK experience a plus ***
3 + years of experience
1-3 years cash handling experience
Professional and dependable
Customer service oriented
Helpful attitude and friendly demeanor
Strong Internet and computer skills

Professional appearance and work ethic
Ability to read and comprehend instructions.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Processes and maintains wholesales and purchases.
  • Stock in trade units and processes and maintains dealer trades.
  • Reviews car deals for compliance.
  • Assists in new / used car DMV.
  • Cross-trains others and keeps cross trained as directed by management.
  • Fills in for other administrative positions as needed and directed by management.
  • Assists with related special projects as required.
  • Maintains a professional appearance and neat work area.
  • Other duties as assigned.
