  • Location: Fort Collins, CO
  • Status: Full-time, 40/hours per week

What You’ll Do:

  • Proper accounting code for the program receiving goods.
  • Tracks, traces, and updates the status of incoming and return shipments.
  • Sort incoming and outgoing product to ensure delivery to the correct final location.
  • Compare packing lists to company purchase orders and ensure that the products in each delivery match the packing list. Identify and record short shipments.
  • Contacts vendors with discrepancies with quantity and quality.
  • Handles the return of damaged or incorrect goods.
  • Notify the Purchasing Agent of how discrepancies are resolved.
  • Helps develop the company’s ordering & receiving workflow for supplies with par levels.
  • Packing products for return to vendors and filling out any paperwork necessary.
  • Updates the standard supply list as new items are identified.
  • Assist Purchasing Agent with ordering supplies.

Required:

  • Associates degree or two-year college certificate in accounting, finance, business, or related field;
  • 2+ years of experience in payroll, bookkeeping, or accounting.
  • Knowledge of diversity and inclusion with the relevant ability to engage, communicate, interact, and work effectively and cooperatively with people of different backgrounds, identities, and culturally diverse communities.

Preferred:

  • Bilingual and Bi-cultural preferred.

Some positions include driving a company vehicle and require a valid Colorado driver’s license.

Total Rewards

The typical hiring range for this position is $24.00 to $28.80 per hour, based on relevant years of experience.
