Position Summary:

 

SecurityMetrics is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to lead our Salesforce team and manage our Salesforce environment onsite in Utah County. This role involves technical leadership, strategic planning, and Salesforce administration. The ideal candidate has experience managing environments with 200+ users, minimizing technical debt, mentoring others, and working with internal customers.


Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Technical Leadership:Lead and mentor the Salesforce admin team, establish best practices, and provide architectural guidance for complex configurations and integrations.
  • Salesforce Administration:Serve as the lead admin for 200+ users, managing configurations, data feeds, and integrations.
  • Strategic Planning:Develop and execute Salesforce strategies aligned with business objectives. Identify and recommend new features, and optimize existing processes.
  • Innovation & Continuous Improvement:Stay current with Salesforce trends, explore new tools, and lead process improvements.
  • Training & Support:Provide training and support to Salesforce users, ensuring effective use of the platform.
  • Data Management & Security:Ensure data integrity, manage data imports/exports, and maintain robust security settings.
  • Quality Assurance:Oversee the change management process, and work with our QA team to ensure quality delivery of features.


Experience & Qualifications:

 

  • Salesforce Administrator certification required; App Builder or Advanced Admin preferred.
  • 3-5+ years managing environments with 200+ users.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Experience with Sales Cloud, Dealhub, Chargent, Pardot, and Service Cloud is highly preferred.
  • Must be able to work onsite.
