Midas Hospitality is seeking a Director of Food & Beverage to join our team overseaing Food and Beverage Operations for Hotel Canandaigua located in Canandaigua, NY This position will include the management of the restaurant/bar and all other food and beverage outlets. The Director of Food & Beverage will provide quality service in order to achieve customer satisfaction and exceed financial goals.


What will you be doing?

  • Hire, train, coach and counsel employees.
  • Conduct performance reviews, recommend discipline and terminations.
  • Follow all brand standards and programs while managing the operations of the Food and Beverage department to ensure compliance with SOPs, safety regulations as well as federal, state and local regulations.
  • Forecast, implement, monitor, control and report on the various outlet budgets and their components to maximize revenue and minimize expenses while ensuring adequate supplies and staff are on hand to provide top quality customer service.
  • Respond to customer trends, needs, issues, comments and problems to ensure a quality experience

Who is our ideal candidate?

  • At least two years experience in the Food and Beverage industry
  • Two years hotel experience
