Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and communication of product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals.
  • Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to gather insights and identify opportunities for product improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Product Manager and other stakeholders to define product requirements, features, and specifications.
  • Support the product development lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing, and launch activities.
  • Coordinate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure timely and successful product releases.
  • Monitor product performance metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to identify areas for optimization and growth.
  • Prepare and maintain product documentation, including user stories, requirements, and product guides.
  • Assist in the creation of product training materials and support resources for internal teams and customers.
  • Participate in the development and execution of go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and promotional plans.
  • Communicate product updates, progress, and insights to internal teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in product management, marketing, or a related role is preferred but not required.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Basic understanding of product development processes and methodologies, such as agile.
  • Proficiency in product management tools and software, such as JIRA or Trello, is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
