This is a remote position.


World Health Labs (WHL) is an international healthcare management solutions provider under contract to provide healthcare services for various public and private sector organisations throughout the world. World Health Labs (WHL) is in the early stages of entering the US and other potential international markets.



Role Summary


We seek a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be critical in providing financial insights and supporting decision-making processes through detailed analysis and reporting.

Reporting Structure


This role will report to the Director of Finance and other Senior Executive Team members/designates.


Critical Accountabilities


  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in developing budgets and financial forecasts; monitor actual performance against budget.

  • Data Analysis: Analyse financial data and trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations to management.

  • Variance Analysis: Conduct variance analysis between actual results and budget/forecast, identifying key drivers and potential risks/opportunities.

  • US Payroll:Processing and administrating US Payroll

  • Financial Modelling: Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and business development initiatives.

  • Cost Analysis: Perform cost analysis to evaluate business initiatives and projects, identifying cost-saving opportunities.

  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards; assist in internal and external audits.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to gather financial information and support their financial needs.

  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations.



Requirements


Qualification & Experience


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. CPA, CFA, or equivalent designation is an asset.

  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related role.

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling; experience with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) is preferred.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.

  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly and concisely.

  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and across departments.

  • Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
