  • Prepares food according to club recipes
  • Serves items in accordance with established portion and presentation standards
  • Works with Sous Chef to determine food needs
  • Notifies Sous Chef in advance of expected shortages
  • Sets up, maintains and breaks down prep cook station
  • Adheres to state and local health and safety regulations
  • Maintains the highest sanitary standards, security and safety in work areas
  • Maintains neat professional appearance and observes personal cleanliness at all times
  • Assist with other duties as assigned by Executive Chef or Sous Chef
