  • We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Manager to lead the development of AI-driven solutions.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of product management in the telecommunications or AI domain, along with a passion for delivering value to customers through technology.
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for ML model creation solutions in the telecom customer insights domain.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities for innovation.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, domain experts and business stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature prioritization, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer and champion agile principles throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and machine learning engineers to oversee the development and deployment of AI models for customer insights.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and risks.
  • Foster a culture of transparency and collaboration, soliciting feedback from stakeholders and incorporating it into product iterations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience 10+ years working as a Product Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment, preferably within the telecom or AI industry.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on schedule.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Passion for innovation and a willingness to stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in AI and telecom industry.
