The History/Social Sciences Department seeks an innovative, inclusive teacher to teach our Fall Semester Introduction to Psychology course.  The course is designed as an Advanced Topics level course and available to 11th and 12th grade students. This is an exciting teaching opportunity for a visionary teacher who is passionate about educating girls and preparing them to succeed in social sciences and elsewhere.

Key Qualifications:

  • Prior teaching experience and/or commensurate professional experience
  • Proficiency with technology in and out of the classroom 
  • Undergraduate degree in relevant field of study (Masters degree preferred)

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Castilleja uses a competitive salary scale which takes into account  the range of experience, education and skill level. The yearly salary for this position ranges from $10,250 to $15,000.
  • Castilleja provides benefits including sick time as mandated by the state.
