The Billing Solutions team exists as an initial foundation within GuideOne, providing the ability to move into other areas of the company. Team members have the opportunity to work with other departments in line with their future goals.

As the Customer Service, Billing Intern, you will be offered the chance to gain a wide variety of knowledge and experience about GuideOne as a whole. This is a full-time internship opportunity (39 hours) for approximately a 3 month period. The internship may be followed by full and part time opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Works closely with Commercial Billing Leadership to align business goals.
  • Testing process and procedural documents for accuracy.
  • Opportunity to interact and work with other departments in conjunction with the Customer Service department
  • Assist with a variety of emails, reports, special projects, etc.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School diploma.
  • Minimum 18 years of age.

Recommended Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Solid project management abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation: $18 to $20/hour (based on qualifications)

*The successful candidate will initially be hired as an employee of GuideOne Insurance Company and automatically become an employee of TMG on the company's official transition date.
