Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSalary: Based on Experience

The Landscaper Maintenance Laborer must be skilled with their hands. You must know how to operate motorized machines and tools such as weed whackers, lawnmowers, tree trimmers, blowers, electric saws. You will be providing ground maintenance to several WMATA sights the maintenance will include but is not limited to lawn mowing, mulching, tree branch removal and leaf removal. Laborers must have at minimum, a basic understanding of how to properly operate commercial lawn mowing equipment.


Preferred qualifications:


  • Working experience with gardening 
  • Must be a reliable worker who is able to perform routine tasks without supervision
  • Strong attention to detail required
  • Working in the elements
  • Pass a background check
  • US citizen
