Sales Engineer

COMPANY OVERVIEW: Our client’s technology is the safest, most efficient and environmentally friendly method for cleaning virtually any surface, including turbines, compressors, generators, engines, mechanical equipment, bridges, ships, tanks, buildings, walls and ceilings.
POSITION TITLE: Sales Engineer
COMPENSATION: Competitive salary + bonus + DOE
BENEFITS: Standard package
LOCATION: Little Rock, Arkansas
SUMMARY: The Sales Executive must be capable of prospecting, hunting, and nurturing existing accounts. Our sales division is seeking a sales representative to sell both products and installation services in power gen, petrochemical, downstream oil and gas and large commercial target markets
DUTIES OR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Must have a good working knowledge of industrial contacts in the Power gen Industries, Oil & Gas, and Chemical Refining
- Must be well versed in the following disciplines: sales in the industrial world, selling field services.
- Must have strong verbal and written communications skills, and ability to use computers and programs effectively
- Must have a high mechanical aptitude and ability to think and make correct decisions in the face of changing conditions
- Must have a desire and willingness to learn the particulars of our business, in different industry sectors
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2-5+ years of proven sales experience meeting all the essential duties described
- Knowledge of hrsg, turbines, compressor boilers
- Preferred college degree in a technical field or engineering field
- Preferred to have a good existing contact list of power plants
