Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and execute a variety of indoor and outdoor events.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and ensure successful event delivery.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure smooth event operations.
- Manage event budgets and negotiate contracts to maximize profitability.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote events.
- Monitor event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and troubleshooting on the day of the event.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and attendees.
- Generate leads and close sales to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
- Proven experience in planning and executing indoor and outdoor events.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
