HarmonyTech is seeking a Senior BI Developer experienced with developing data visualizations, dashboards, and analytical reports. The ideal candidate has experience working in a dynamic Federal consulting environment. The Senior BI Developer will work closely across multiple departments in conjunction with client representatives to successfully meet project and organization objectives.

This position is available in Washington, DC, and requires an active Public Trust Clearance, and U.S. Citizenship.

Required

  • Experience researching and evaluating technical solutions and recommend the best course for given requirements.
  • Strong, demonstrable knowledge of BI industry standards and best practices
  • Experience with relational databases, including an ability to interpret SQL.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and debug technical BI issues.
  • Ability to rapidly learn new concepts and business systems.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience developing or administering reporting applications using one or more BI platforms.

Preferred

  • Experience with WebFOCUS, Cognos, and Tableau.
  • Master's degree in a directly related field.
  • Federal consulting experience.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a directly related field.
  • A minimum of 11 years of experience.
