Position Overview

As a Growth Director at Sonobi, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by cultivating and nurturing relationships with advertising agencies, brands, and direct advertisers. Essential Job Functions:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.

  • Prospect and qualify leads, build a robust pipeline of opportunities, and manage the entire sales cycle.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product, operations, and marketing, to ensure the successful implementation and delivery of advertising campaigns.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business objectives, and recommending tailored solutions that drive results.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.

  • Provide regular reporting and updates on sales performance, market insights, and client feedback to the management team.

Education and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven track record of success in direct sales within the digital advertising or technology industry.

  • Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, ad tech ecosystem, and digital media landscape.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving market conditions.

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized with a passion for driving results.

  • Experience working remotely and collaborating with distributed teams is a plus.
