We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief of Staff to join our executive team. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in finance, an MBA, and a proven track record of nurturing team cultures in high-growth environments. As Chief of Staff, you will play a critical role in strategic decision-making and operations, ensuring alignment of initiatives with our long-term goals. You will act as a liaison between senior management and staff, fostering communication and collaboration across all levels of the organization.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Work directly with the CEO and senior leadership to strategize and implement business objectives.
  • Lead financial planning and analysis efforts to drive company growth and stability.
  • Oversee strategic projects, ensuring they align with the company’s mission and financial goals.
  • Facilitate communication and workflow between departments to enhance efficiency and team collaboration.
  • Develop and maintain a strong organizational culture that supports the mission and values of MINT Aesthetics.
  • Mentor and develop staff, fostering an environment of professional growth and excellence.
  • Represent the company at key meetings and industry events.
 
Requirements:
  • MBA from a recognized institution.
  • Strong financial acumen with extensive experience in financial management and business analysis.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a leadership role, preferably in the aesthetic or related healthcare industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
