About the Role:
The Product Marketing Manager will align our products with market needs and customer expectations. This role will collaborate with product management, sales, customer success, and marketing teams to ensure our products meet customer needs and are successfully launched and adopted. The focus will be on understanding the market, defining our product strategy, and supporting the execution of marketing campaigns. This role requires someone who is flexible and ready to take on new challenges. Market Research and Customer Insights:
- Conduct research to understand market needs, customer pain points, and industry trends.
- Develop and maintain detailed buyer personas to guide product development and marketing.
- Create persona guides to inform marketing strategies and content creation.
Positioning and Messaging:
- Develop clear product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences.
- Work with the marketing team to create content that communicates our products' value.
Feedback and Collaboration:
- Gather and analyze feedback from customers, sales teams, and market research to inform product development and enhancements.
- Collaborate closely with product management to prioritize features and improvements based on market needs.
Product Launches:
- Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new product releases, updates, and features.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure successful product launches.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for product launches and marketing initiatives.
Sales Enablement:
- Develop and maintain sales collateral, including presentations, datasheets, and battlecards, to ensure the team is equipped with up-to-date resources.
- Conduct competitive analysis to provide teams with insights on market trends and competitor strategies.
- Organize training sessions and webinars to educate the sales team on product features, positioning, and effective selling techniques.
Partner Marketing Support:
- Work with partners to develop and execute marketing strategies.
- Create partner marketing materials and coordinate partner activities.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in product marketing or a related role.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting market data and customer insights.
- Proficiency in crafting clear product positioning and messaging.
- Experience in market research, competitive analysis, and understanding sales processes.
- Skilled in developing customer personas and integrating them into marketing strategies.
- Ability to create effective sales and marketing collateral.
- Familiarity with B2B marketing and cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Collaborative and able to work well across teams.
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects at once.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B software or tech industry.
- Experience in financial services, automotive, or lending sectors also a plus.
- Familiarity with market research and competitive analysis.
Travel required:
- Less than 25% travel
