Tafi operates Daz 3D, a leading content creation platform, serving millions of professional and recreational artists worldwide. Its catalog includes more than five million 3D assets, many of which are high-resolution and interoperable, and exportable to other leading software programs. The company has partnered with iconic brands such as Coca-Cola, Warner Brothers, Champion, Estee Lauder, Timex, RTFKT (now Nike), Coinbase, and others for web3 and NFT activations.

Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

Location: Salt Lake City, Utah or Vancouver, BC

Position Type: Full-time, Salary

Reports to: SVP, e-commerce


As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance the online presence and achieve business objectives. This role involves managing and optimizing digital campaigns across various channels, including social media, search engine optimization (SEO), email marketing, and online advertising. The Digital Marketing Specialist stays abreast of industry trends, analyzes data to measure campaign performance, and identifies opportunities for improvement. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, overseeing the implementation of digital initiatives, and staying updated on emerging technologies are key aspects of this position. Strong analytical skills, creativity, and a deep understanding of digital marketing tools are essential for success in this role.


Your Impact as a Digital Marketing Specialist:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for 3D content by ensuring targeted approaches align with business objectives and staying ahead of industry trends

  • Plan and oversee creation of engaging 3D content, implementing distribution strategies, and building brand authority by increasing audience engagement through valuable content

  • Planning and creating daily sales and additional flash sales as needed

  • Manage and optimize social channels, execute campaigns for increased visibility by enhancing brand presence, and drive traffic through effective social strategies

  • Implement Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies for improved visibility and performance analysis to improve search rankings and enhance the online presence of 3D content

  • Use analytics for campaign analysis and generate reports for optimization by providing data-driven insights, demonstrating ROI of digital efforts

  • Identify and build partnerships, collaborate for increased credibility, and expand reach through strategic partnerships by leveraging collaborations

  • Reviewing daily promotional pages to ensure accuracy.

  • Experience with SEO, social media management, email marketing, and online advertising

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management tools, and email marketing platforms

  • In-depth knowledge of current digital marketing trends and best practices

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills

  • Creative thinking and the ability to develop engaging and innovative digital campaigns

  • Solid understanding of branding principles and the ability to maintain brand consistency

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams


Bonus Skills and Abilities:

  • Previous copywriting experience

  • Experience creating reports in Lookr

  • Familiarity with web development and design principles is a plus

  • Relevant certifications in digital marketing, such as Google Ads Certification, HubSpot Content Marketing Certification, or others

  • Leadership experience and the ability to mentor and guide junior members of the digital marketing team


Working Conditions:

  • Regular hours, with occasional overtime and flexibility required to meet project deadlines

  • May require sitting or standing for extended periods

  • Occasional travel may be required for company events or meetings
