Position Overview:

The SEO Specialist position at Octiv Digital holds a vital role in elevating the online visibility of our clients and generating organic traffic.

This role demands a profound comprehension of the latest SEO strategies, ongoing developments, and the capability to scrutinize and enhance for performance improvement.

If you possess a fervor for search engines and revel in delving into the nuances of website optimization, we are eager to learn more about you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform thorough site audits to pinpoint areas for enhancement.
  • Create and implement both on-page and off-page SEO tactics to boost organic rankings.
  • Remain abreast of the most recent SEO trends and optimum practices.
  • Conduct detailed keyword research and offer content recommendations.
  • Collaborate with content teams to enhance existing content and strategize new content endeavors.
  • Execute technical SEO tasks by analyzing website structures for improved crawlability and indexation.
  • Deploy structured data, XML sitemaps, and other technical components to amplify search visibility.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO-oriented platforms to supervise and report on SEO performance.
  • Provide actionable insights based on performance data.
  • Devise and execute link-building plans to reinforce domain authority.
  • Monitor backlink profiles to guarantee premium and pertinent backlinks.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated background as an SEO Specialist or similar position.
  • Proficient in SEO tools like Moz, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and others.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capacity to keep up with the rapid changes in the SEO domain.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Compensation is hourly initially with potential for a salaried role.
Eligible for benefits after a 90-day trial period.
