Our fun and growing orthodontic office is looking for a highly-motivated, customer service-oriented individual to join our team. Welcoming our patients and making them feel like family is important to our office. Teamwork is crucial and we work closely with our Treatment Coordinators, Clinic Staff and Doctors. We work a four day a week schedule with a four day weekend every other week. Our doctors are amazing and we love our patients

  • Welcome patients into the office upon arrival, gathering necessary information such as insurance information, and updated health history.
  • Collect patient payments and post them to their patient ledger
  • Update necessary documents into patient chart
  • Confirming upcoming appointments
  • Answer calls, and schedule new and existing patients for orthodontic treatment
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

  • At least 1 year of experience in a orthodontic front office setting
  • Customer Service experience
  • Passion for delivering the best experience
  • Ability to collaborate and be team-oriented
  • Dependable staff member
