  1. OBJECTIVE (POSITION SUMMARY)

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Company as an Intern. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to various aspects of our business operations. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, adaptable, and passionate about making a positive impact.

  1. INTERNSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE AS FOLLOWS:

In this position, the Intern will learn and is responsible for:

  • Support various departments and assist as needed.
  • Contribute to ongoing projects by conducting research, analyzing data, preparing reports, and providing general administrative support.
  • Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks, communicate project updates, and provide assistance as needed.
  • Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and offer creative solutions to challenges faced by the team.
  • Take advantage of learning opportunities to expand your knowledge and skills in areas relevant to your career interests.
  • Assist with miscellaneous tasks and special projects as assigned by supervisors.
  1. QUALIFICATIONS: KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
  • Must-haves:
    1. Must be a Sophomore, Junior or Senior in college or technical school, with at least 6 months until graduation after end of internship.
    2. Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    3. Ability to work in a highly collaborative team environment.
    4. Strong organizational skills and work ethic; detail oriented.
    5. Decision-making skills.
    6. An analytical mind with excellent problem-solving ability.
    7. Outstanding communication and organization skills
    8. Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Work Schedule
    • Set working hours of 8 hours per day with requisite meal and rest breaks.
    • Consistently report to work on time, prepared to perform required duties.
    • Ensure work responsibilities are covered when absent.
  • Work Environment:
    1. Usually moderate noise level.
    2. Climate controlled office environment.
  • Physical Demands:
    1. Regular physical demands: Walk; sit; use hands to handle or feel; use fingers for keyboarding; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear.
  • Language Skills:
    1. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
    2. Ability to speak clearly and effectively to both internal and external contacts.
    3. Ability to read and interpret documents, spreadsheets, emails and instructions.

  1. FEATURED BENEFITS
  • This role is eligibility dependent on length of internship.
  • Internship is also credit eligible for your university.
  • Radiant does not sponsor for immigration, including for H-1B, TN, and other non-immigrant visas, for this role.

Salary Range: $16 - $25/hour

*** Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to an individual’s education, work experience, skills, and job-related knowledge. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
