Job Summary:

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be integral in developing, managing, and analyzing data to support strategic initiatives. Collaborate across various teams to provide actionable insights and drive improvements in operational efficiency and financial performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather, organize, and analyze data across the organization, providing recommendations for cost reduction, operational efficiency, revenue enhancement, and cash flow improvement.
  • Build and maintain reports, models, and tools for effective data visualization.
  • Oversee annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
  • Manage data sources, ensuring quality and strategy alignment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial plans with strategic objectives.
  • Lead monthly financial reporting, including variance analysis and management reporting.
  • Enhance financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities.
  • Evaluate potential investments, mergers, and acquisitions to support growth initiatives.
  • Ensure accurate data in business development and ERP platforms.
  • Analyze data to identify performance risks and gaps, providing insights to leadership.


Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant financial analyst experience in finance, accounting, or business-related roles.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and data management.
  • Expertise in financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and GAAP.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and creative approach to process improvement.
  • Ability to prioritize objectives and manage daily tasks.
  • Strong influencing skills to work effectively with leadership.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Data Analytics, or Mathematics.
  • Intermediate or advanced knowledge of Power BI and Excel.
  • Experience with ERP systems like Workday.
